Ich komme mit meiner Häkelweste nicht voran. Ich habe vor mehreren Wochen das Rückenteil fertig gemacht. Es sieht auch gut aus und hat die gewünschte Form.
Aber mit dem Vorderteil komme ich gar nicht zurecht. Waaah. Ich sitze seit Wochen an der ersten Hälfte vom Vorderteil und musste es schon 6 Mal wieder aufribbeln. Zwischenzeitlich ist mir sogar mal die Maschenhöhe von der Maschenprobe abgewichen, was mir sonst eigentlich nie passiert, wenn ich erstmal an einem Projekt dran bin. Allmählich wird das Garn auch rau und rubbelig.
Daher weiß ich immer noch nicht, ob das Ganze am Ende Klasse wird oder für die Katz ist.
Nach einer weiteren Aufribbelrunde hab ichs dann für heute sein lassen und stattdessen die Tasche einer alten Jeans mit ein Paar Stickereien dekoriert.
I'm totally stuck with my crocheted vest project. I finished the back part several weeks ago. It looks fine and has a nice shaping.
But... I simply can't make the front work. Raawr. I've been crocheting the first half of the front for weeks now and I've had to start over for 6 times or so. I even messed up the gauge which has never happened to me before. The yarn is starting to get rough and worn out.
So I'm still not sure on whether this will be a great embarrassment or a great triumph.
After a new, long and demotivating session of frogging, I decided to do something else today and customized an old jeans by embroidering some details onto the back pocket.
